Buying Guide

1. For more information/inquiry of a particular item, drop us an email @ asn_starstyle@ymail.com or PM us via Facebook. We will within 24 hours:

2. Once you have confirmed with the purchase, drop me an email @ asn_starstyle@ymail.com with your intended purchase details. Kindly include details below to avoid delay in receiving your ORDER INVOICE (via email confirmation).

3. Self collection is not available at the moment.

4. Kindly wait for our ORDER CONFIRMATION. Please make your payment within 2 days to avoid your order being automatically cancelled. Make your payment to account no below. We will not be liable if payment is made to a wrong account no or error done at your end.

5. Once payment has been made, email us @ asn_starstyle@ymail.com the details of the payment done. We will need all the details below to ensure we are able to verify your payment to avoid order being cancelled. It is advisable to email us on the same day payment has been made.

6. Please note the collections are imported from overseas and it will take up to 2/3 weeks to arrive. We will make arrangement to courier the item to you as soon as we receive the shipment. If you are not able to wait, it is advisable not to make a purchase with us.

7. Some of the items may have ready stock. You will be notified if the stock is available. Items will be couriered as soon as payment is received.

1. We do not allow any exchange/return of item due to reasons such as size mismatch, color difference from shown photo, and dislike the design or any other personal reason. Items color may vary slightly from the photo, depending on your computer resolution.

2. All items are inspected and packed carefully to ensure it is delivered in a good condition.

3. Changes of item are only allowed if we have not placed an order with our supplier. You will need to contact us ASAP and wait for the confirmation for the acceptance of changes done. You will be required to top up the difference of amount (If the new price is higher) ASAP.

4. Reservations of item are only for 2 days. If no payment confirmation received from your side, the item will be made available to the next person in queue. We have RIGHT to cancel your order if payment received is not 100% within 2 days of order confirmation.

5. Measurement shown in the size chart is provided for your guide. Ensure to measure yourself before placing an order with us. We do not accommodate any other sizes that are not available with the item description.

6. We will not be liable if there is any delay of item shipment from supplier or courier company (Pos Laju) due to unforeseen circumstances. An email notification will be sent to notify on any possible delay.

7. Order placement with supplier will be done once a week, Every Friday. Kindly place your order and make payment much earlier to ensure you receive the delivery as expected.

8. Prices shown are not inclusive of posting charges. Posting charges will be included in our order confirmation email. East Malaysia: RM4/peice, Sabah/Sarawak: RM6/ piece.

9. We will not be responsible for any damage /torn during your first wear.

10. We ensure the information provided to us will only be used for the purchase done with us. Other related information will be used for during our promotional/ sales purpose.

11. We will not be liable for any payment not credited/lost in transit. Please check with your respective Bank immediately.
